Breakfast tea should not be complicated. Strong enough for milk and sugar in the morning, but bright and rustic with a sweetness that brings good news all day long.
This is a small, broken leaf blend comprised of teas from Rwanda, Kenya, and the Nilgiri region of southern India – the latter of which brings great aromatics.
Ingredients: black tea
Use 1 rounded teaspoon of tea per 8 ounce cup of water at 212 degrees Fahrenheit. Steep 3 minutes.
